1. DATA COLLECTION
We collect information necessary to route transactions and perform compliance checks. This includes:

• Corporate Data: Entity details, UBO information, and licensing status.

• Transaction Data: Source/Destination wallet addresses, IBANs, and volume metrics.

• Technical Data: API logs, IP addresses, and device fingerprints.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR DATA
We use your data to:

• Facilitate API connectivity with banking partners (ClearBank, Railsr, etc.).

• Perform AML/KYT (Know Your Transaction) screening via our internal risk engine.

• Prevent fraud and ensure network security.

3. DATA SHARING WITH FINANCIAL PARTNERS
To execute settlement, VeriRail must transmit transaction data to the underlying financial institutions (The Rails). By using our service, you explicitly consent to this data transmission for the purpose of settlement. We do not sell data to third-party advertisers.

4. DATA SECURITY
We implement institutional-grade security measures, including TLS 1.3 encryption and SOC2-aligned architecture. However, no electronic transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, so we cannot promise or guarantee absolute security.

5. YOUR RIGHTS
