1. Agreement to terms

These Terms of Service are a legally binding agreement between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity ("you"), and Unicorns Global Verirail - F.Z.C., registered in the Ajman Free Zone, United Arab Emirates, under Registration No. 58579, with its office at Office C1-1F-SF2912, Ajman Free Zone C1 Building, Ajman, United Arab Emirates ("VeriRail", "we", "us" or "our"), concerning your access to and use of the VeriRail website and services.

2. Nature of services

VeriRail provides consultancy services: consultancy project development, information technology consultancy, marketing management, electronic equipment and devices systems and software designing, intellectual property rights management and cyber risk management services. VeriRail designs and advises. VeriRail does not build payment rails and does not provide payment services.

VeriRail is not a bank, payment service provider, electronic money institution, money services business, custodian, law firm or regulated financial institution. VeriRail does not hold client funds and does not provide legal advice.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this website for any unlawful purpose, including money laundering, sanctions evasion or the financing of terrorism. VeriRail may suspend access if we reasonably believe the website is being used in breach of these Terms or applicable law.

4. Limitation of liability

In no event will we or our directors, employees or agents be liable to you or any third party for any direct, indirect, consequential, exemplary, incidental, special or punitive damages, including lost profit, lost revenue or loss of data, arising from your use of this website. Our liability is limited to the amount paid by you to us during the six (6) months before any cause of action.

5. Engagements

Each engagement is governed by its own engagement letter, which sets out the contracting entity, scope, fees, confidentiality and jurisdiction.

6. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. The courts of Dubai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising in connection with these Terms.
